  10.       Title: Quick Quesadillas

  14.       1    (7-in) Soft tortilla
  15.     1/2 t  Dijon
  16.     1/3 c  Grated old cheddar
  17.       1 T  Each sliced green onions and
  18.            Chopped coriander or parsley
  19.  
  20.   Spread tortilla with Dijon. Sprinkle with cheddar, green onions and
  21.   coriander or parsley. Roll snugly. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave
  22.   for 20 to 25 seconds. Or wrap in foil and bake at 350F for 12 minutes.
  23.   Slice into 1-in. pieces and serve warm with salsa. Each tortilla makes
  24.   6 pieces.
